Appointments Our patients are seen by appointment. We respect our patients' time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Once you have made an appointment, please be aware that this time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to change an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. After-hours Care Please call immediately if you have a problem that requires emergency treatment. We will schedule you as quickly as possible so we can minimize your discomfort. Should an emergency arise after our regularly scheduled office hours, please call (610) 345-0267 for further instructions. Financial Policy Prior to your appointment, we will provide a detailed explanation of our recommended treatment and the fees involved. Payment is expected at the time dental services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards. If you have questions, our staff will be happy to consult with you regarding the financial aspect of your treatment. Insurance Many patients have the benefit of insurance coverage to help with the cost of their dental care. We will do everything possible to help you obtain maximum benefits. We will prepare and submit insurance claim forms, at no cost, as a courtesy to our patients. We remind you that you are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. Please remember to bring your insurance information with you to your appointment.
